In mass.csv.file, when the same entry is defined more than once with the same MZ and same RT, there is no message of warning.

[ ] Display warning when there are duplicates like this.
[ ] Add option to silent such warnings ?
[ ] Explain better in vignette how to build a good TSV file for LCMS database (one entry = one spectrum, different entries for each new chrom col, ...).
