adding google analytics #113

This commit adds the google tag manager libraries so we can track analytics. The code runs and the logging says that it is sending hits to the server, but I haven't seen them appear in the dashboard yet.

The tag based way of publishing results wasn't firing so I ended up using the regular google analytics which is publishing results to the portal.
