I get prayer letter updates from missionaries via e-mail as pdf attachments or in the email body itself. How can I add these notes to Ceaseless? Or alternatively (since I am unlikely to want to re-read the whole thing), how can I snip just the prayer/praise section the conventionally include and add it to Ceaseless easily?
