Enable user custom default messages #169

Some users would like to have a different default template message. We could either provide a way to change the message, or enable a quick reset to blank the template and let a user say something else.

One user suggestion (this would work for e-mail, but not SMS): “I have an app on my phone (Ceaseless Prayer) that reminds me to pray for my contacts in my phone. Your name came up today, and I just wanted you to know that I’ll be praying your you [insert Scripture] throughout this day. Please let me know if you have any other specific requests.”
