Related to #24 Decision to be made:

Communication with cebes server: RESTful, gRPC, pubsub (kafka)
How Python service handles its requirements libraries
Ability to spawn up new instances of python services, given a set of requirements?

Very likely python will be supported via a service running in K8s. However, this is deprioritized for now because we don't really see a strong use-case for python with spark. User's of spark should be able to complete their cycle within Spark first (pre-processing, train, deploy models, etc...) before plugging in python-based model.
