Crash when editing any 'Settings' - delayed input response and also acts like Iholding

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Invoke Siphon from springboard
2. Go to 'Settings'
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I mistakenly hit 'submit' before completing the title and description.  

Title should be: "Crash when editing any 'Settings' - delayed input response 
and also acts like I'm doing a touch-hold (shows magnifying glass)"

1. Siphon was working fine
2. Had to do iPhone restore and re-jailbreak
3. Re-install Siphon (my settings were somehow retained)
4. Siphon crashing as described in title
5. Cannot delete existing SIP account, or add new SIP accounts
6. If Siphon uninstalled, then re-installed, settings are retained
