The SEV Torch is too big for us! #22

We have too little players to man all the stations on the SEV Torch. Navigating it also feels like a post-apocalyptic maze, as player density reaches incredible minimums with the amount of decks we have.

We need to map a new ship that is much smaller, and also create a small planetside outpost ruin that we can reliably bunk around on in a lore friendly manner.

This doesn't seem to be as much of an issue as it seemed like it was going to be when we started, amusingly enough.
