:cl: Toriate rscadd: Adds polychromic clothes, clothes with recolourable elements. Recolour em with alt-click. imageadd: Adds sprites for polychromic clothes. Mostly whitescaled by me, but I did not create the base sprites. /:cl:

This PR will add polychromic clothes. They are just plain clothes, but recolorable via alt-click!

They can be gotten as a loadout item. Their colors can be selected in the loadout, and they'll be saved across rounds.
