The current format only allows full twitter handles, and for people that use and trade "Block Together" lists to block, it would be very helpful. Block together limits to subscriptions and has issues with subscribing to block lists over 125,000. (You can't do it).
Allowing Twitter Block Chain to use Twitter User IDs has the following benefits:
1- You can download all your "Block together" lists to back them up and then use them with Twitter Block Chain, in case something happens to your Twitter account and need to set up a new one.
2- You can have a user send you their block list URL, and even if you cannot directly subscribe to it because it is over the 125,000 limit... you can download the IDs and begin to block them using Twitter Block Chain.
You can export user IDs from Block Together using the following bethod:
This way, the whole list of User ID's can be exported, and later if the User ID ability is implemented in Twitter Block Chain... you can use the CSV file to block people again.
Is this possible? I think it would be super helpful

You get CSV from URLs by simply adding ".csv" to the block together URL like so: https://blocktogether.org/show-blocks/kt1QRALT1hm-Z9RB4Mjp4lJADmZEQn_SJvq17fW9.csv
