Errors after running block chain. #82

Can someone explain why I would have errors. Also why my block list is higher than hat twitter says. BFC9E405-CABB-48BF-A7D9-015522FF279F 15FB1793-5B57-498E-8AE4-CC10F970C36C

I think rate limiter should resolve this problem
