[ ] Modify Rendering::paintTiles to be able to take a data structure that describes how layers should be filtered during rendering.
[ ] Parse from stylesheet/tilesheet what kind of elements we should show to the user (Maybe consolidate some individual filters?)
[ ] Have a simple UI where you can toggle layers on/off.

This feature has been abandoned, though a simpler form has now been committed to the dev-branch.
