Range-based looping and arrays bug #95

There is a bug with temporary variables relating to array functionality and range-based for loops. The array problem can be sorted out like this. Check the entire layerstyle.cpp file and update sections with range-based loops to the suggested code below.

There has been made some progress on this. Due to some problems with #102 and #103, this bugfix is put on-hold until April 11th.
