pulleps from pu isn't getting plainview list position of bit #16

pulleps from plainview gets vertical offset from the calling li element - obv this doesn't happen from the popup bc it's a caller from the map and not some position within the ul list -- .active() method in PlainView needs to be more savvy

There's a splitpane branch working out enough that it'll prolly merge to master, rendering this issue moot.
