Investigate manifest.json to provide toolbox with DRS metadata #127

Speaking with FedEO about the nested collection solution.

Two possible ways forwards:

  1. add a manifest.json link to the dataset with the DRS level metadata
  2. add an additional OSDD with rel="collection" which could be used by toolbox and maintain current one for FedEO clients
