The and in the Atom response should be in the Dublin core (elements) namespace. You declare a “dc” namespace (which is not used for these elements currently), but which is DC terms instead of DC element. My understanding is that this problem is not a blocking problem for us (I’ll check with Tri in C: to be sure).
