Clean table of indicators and categories #19

We need a clear table with indicators for each category on the ECDE

Note that there is no "Health" hazard category in the ETC tech paper.

The google sheet now has Sector and Hazard info for each index.

Overview list of all indices: Categories should be presented in the same order as in Table 4.1 of this ETC/CCA paper (e.g. “Mean temperature” as top entry under “Heat and Cold” and “Others” as last entry).

@sharppaul is picking up the hazard category info for this list from the info in the "main elements" tab of my spreadsheet. https://c3s.maris.nl/overview-list.html
