add sub-headings to page text for indicators #20

Add sub-headings to the page text for indicators to make the content and duplication of content obvious and understandable. In addition - explanatory page content should be the same for both an indicator's landing page and explore page.

Done in the google sheet for the tiger mosquito season length.

We talked about this in the progress tracking meeting today. Hans Martin likes the sub-headings but thinks we should have a different name for "provenance". He wants all the text that is the same in the main page and the explore page to be in the upper part of the page. He suggested adding a thin line to separate the text about the indicator from the text about the data vis and navigation. https://docs.google.com/document/d/14LDNHIOysl-vXeqnnjF0Fsjg-HqpPEkc5Z7_iBSnjWY/edit

Done in the spreadsheets. Changed the name of the "Provenance" section to "Supporting Information". Added a thin line to separate the info about the indicators and data

from the info about the presentation and navigation using the three stars markdown feature.
