Write a help document, based on the video script

Started a new version of the help document. Spent most of my time making a super simplified view of the site layout. Beyond that each type of page will have an image and explanatory text that could be used to provide info for each type of page on the ECDE. The help document is now complete. It may be that we want to add some the words to describe the purpose of the ECDE at the top of the document.
