Agriculture: daily temperature indices: page titles should refer to monthly statistics rather than monthly mean #67

The title of the index page reads "Daily Maximum Temperature - Monthly Mean, 2011-2099" (suggesting index TX) even thoug the selected statistic is "minimum of daily maximum temperature" (index TX_n). The name of the index, i.e. the title of the index page, should refer to "monthly statistics" rather than "monthly mean"

The daily maximum temperature, daily minimum temperature and daily mean temperature statistics are available as monthly, seasonal and annual resolutions. So these pages will be renamed along the lines of: "Daily Maximum Temperature Statistics, 2011-2099"

Max, mean and min values are provided at monthly resolution. Season and annual statistics average these monthly values.
