I have added in the new CORDEX model naming conventions using a file from http://is-enes-data.github.io/

I have added in a 1 hourly stream and mip table.

HI @martinjuckes , tagging you to review this proposed addition to allow extra models and 1hr data to be allowed in the CORDEX archive (via the Met Office).
