Could make it clearer that these are not down right now by not showing all details
Maybe just show a list of services that will be at risk in the future with dates - easier to scan for what you are interested in
Maybe move further details for each future incident to its own separate page linked from the status page

Also treat a "future" event as "current" if the date/time is now today's date, even if it hasn't reached that time yet.
