Add https://pypi.org/project/dask-gateway/ to make the dask-gateway client available to users.

This will be required to use the dask-gateway server I am working towards deploying!

Exists as conda package dask-gateway. Can import dask_gateway if this is installed, although I cannot test it more extensively.

Closing - included in next jaspy release (we'll let you know when this is deployed).
