Let's release the new WPS

• [x] Agree a release date/time: Monday 21st June 2021 8-10am
• [x] Write a message to be sent to CEDA users
• [ ] Schedule the message to be sent to CEDA users
• Update the documentation:
  • [ ] Help page: https://help.ceda.ac.uk/article/4977-ceda-wps
  • [ ] Add info about the alternative process for selecting dates: ExtractUKStationDataWithDateInput
  • [ ] Help doc pages for new tools need writing and linking to from other places (e.g. checker link needs updating on pages)
  • [x] Update the front page: link to help pages describing the service and a note to "login (top right) to start using this service"
• Update catalogue records:
  • [ ] Create a mapping or query plan for linking MOLES records with each WPS process - this needs to be an automatable thing
  • [ ] Update all relevant MOLES records
• Launch day:
  • [x] Remove current installation of goldfinch on the cluster
  • [x] Install flamingo/goldfinch/vulture on the cluster
  • [x] Run tests on each of them
  • [x] Move the current installation of phoenix to a backup directory
  • [x] Move the other components to backup directories
  • [x] Install phoenix again with the playbook
  • [x] Test a lot
• [x] Contact users who previously used the CRUTS data through the old WPS - and tell them about the new service
• [x] Tell Cristina to switch off the old WPS

Subject: New functionality added to the CEDA Web Processing Service (WPS)

Dear <...>,

We are pleased to announce that the new CEDA Web Processing Service (WPS) has been officially released at the following URL:

https://ceda-wps-ui.ceda.ac.uk/

The service includes three distinct tools that replace the functionality that was provided under the previous version:

1. MIDAS Extract: which supports filtering and extraction of MIDAS data
2. Data Subsetter: for subsetting data sets such as CRU Time Series
3. Compliance Checker: for checking file compliance with standards such as CF-netCDF

These tools present the user with straightforward web forms to submit requests to process a range of CEDA datasets.

@gap736uk most of them, yes. But now I'm about to release some more functionality so I reckon we should wait a bit longer.
