'CF page' is not the best descriptor. #10

I'm not sure for the home button (at the top of the editor page) whether 'CF page' is the best descriptor. Maybe 'Vocab/Table versions' or 'CF versions'?

I think this needs bit of a rethink. I think the pages should be:

Publish new list - with links make new list, revert
Exports - links to exportable for the current version (links to previous versions should be small or hidden)
proposals - a filterable list of proposals.
edit/view proposal - need to be logged in to edit. term history as a hover over.
