On the proposals page, the comment field is no longer visible. On the current editor version it appears just below the coloured title bar for each name. I'd really like to still see it. For example, for rejected proposals it records why we decided to reject. For active proposals it can contain useful information, e.g. I think you got it to copy over the github labels? Users can't decide how to filter on the comment field if they can't see the comments.
