Updated spec checking to be able to check the values of variable attributes, rather than just looking for their existence. Also adding in hints for potentially misspelt items, with a -p/--skip-spellcheck flag to skip that checking. This should now be fully working for checking NCAS-GENERAL-2.0.0 compliance
