some tests fail in RPM build for JAP #4

A small number of the tests in cis are failing when I try an RPM build, but I am going to ignore it unless you can confirm that you get all the tests to pass and that the failures are therefore specific to my RPM build.

This was to do with the updated environment and now builds successfully.
