Fetching citation metadata on the server side #8

Support for fetching citation metadata on the server side, and persisting this with the annotation. The citation metadata would then be returned along with the annotation for subsequent requests.

the new method load_doi(doi, graph) is able to upload and store DOI's RDF from external sources
