*possibly* add xconv 1.93 #5

User reported: "xconv1.94 doesn't handle the z pseudolevels for the 9 Plant Functional Types (PFTs) properly"

Installing 1.93 to coexist with 1.94 would require a separate package name (xconv1.93 instead of xconv) which makes it less convenient to manage, so we would probably first want to check whether there is any plan to release a later version which fixes this issue, before deciding whether to install any legacy versions.

Jeff has advised against using 1.93 as a workaround (and xconv is not in development, so users should use e.g. cf-python).

Closing as wontfix.
