add texlive-pdftex and texlive-type1cm and texlive-latex-bin and texlive-cm-super #6

Add to meta RPM - available from centos base.

Test installation was clean, with following dependencies:

Updated to include also texlive-type1cm, which is not pulled in by the meta RPM but seems to be necessary for matplotlib (per JASMIN helpdesk 38939).

Also add texlive-latex-bin - provides /usr/bin/latex amongst various things. Large number of packages for deps but they are all small, total only an additional 22MB.

Adding texlive-cm-super - user confirms plots are now working.
