Slurm clusters mount a single storage cluster used for home directories.

This ticket would allow Slurm and Kubernetes to mount additional data volumes.

Doesn't have to be arbitrary. Could be mounted at /data/{cluster name} which would reduce the possibility of collisions with system paths and reduce the complexity of the required UI (could just be select a list of storage clusters).
