rename f2py in numpy (back to default) #102

python27-numpy has /usr/bin/f2py2.7 to avoid conflicts with /usr/bin/f2py in python-numpy.

But this is confusing for users. Rename back to /usr/bin/f2py and obsolete python-numpy to prevent this being installed simultaneously.

It seems that the numpy build automatically calls it f2py2.7, even if python-numpy (2.6 build) is not present at build time -- rather than anything I did to rename it. I am leaving this unchanged in the build process but adding a symlink in the RPM, and I am obsoleting python-numpy in the JAP.
