update iris to 2.1.0 #180

154 updates to 2.0.0 but 2.1.0 now available.

Extra dependencies added:

numpy >= 1.14 see #177 matplotlib >= 2 see #178 sphinx see #179

stratify - would not build cleanly - optional dependency only - omitting

pyugrid - clean build and import

imagehash - clean build and import - test code in DESCRIPTION works

Changing name from python-iris to python-scitools-iris (with appropriate Provides and Obsoletes tags), to reflect change on pypi.

Clean build, import, simple test runs, but some warnings about wrong paths in site.cfg. Hard-coding new version of site.cfg in install section of spec file.

Now imports without warnings.
