add cfunits? #48

Find out if cfunits (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/cfunits/1.0.1) is ready for inclusion, and include it if it is.

Turns out that cfunits is a separately packaged but otherwise identical version of cf.units (i.e. from cf-python). Not installing, as the functionality is available via cf.units, and if the versions get out of sync then there is risk of causing confusion. Closing as WONTFIX.
