upgrade cf and cfplot, and add cfview #51

Andy has supplied updated RPMs for all 3. Rebuild and include them.

Andy's SRPMs rebuild fine.

While trying to test, encountered a minor issue in cfplot:

and a more significant issue in cf (also hindering proper testing of cfview):

Waiting for the response to these before deciding how to proceed.
