Attempt to build Spyder has been complicated (#55). Consider an alternative?

For evaluation, have put pycharm under /apps, to run with

module add contrib/pycharm
pycharm

but I am not entirely sure how to use it and whether it works properly.

Need to work out what is appropriate for JASMIN (whether in /apps or in the JAP) and can be installed reasonably straightforwardly.

Noting that we also provide geany. (I haven't tried it "in anger".)
