netcdf-fortran claims in nf-config that it is not built with f90 support, even though it is, and works with the test program on http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/examples/programs/ so I have hacked the build to patch the nf-config script. Work out how to fix this properly.
Bug but low priority. The important thing is that f90 support exists and that nf-config reports this.
