This pull request constitutes minor updates made for updating to v1.0.1 of the NLDS, notably:

Splitting during the transfer-get workflow
Durable queues for rabbit
Fixing/updating minor docs errata
Some missing requirements
Configurable blocked_connection_timeout
Updates to workflow diagrams
