Currently assets that are POSIX media types currently have a filepath in the location and no href. The ceda dap url is prefixed at the stac-fastapi-elasticsearch level upon request.
If media type is to be made redundant and removed this will cause issues where the POSIX assets won't have a href.
solution: add the prefix at the indexing level.
