Point data.ceda.ac.uk to use new asset index #82

Following indexing all content at a minimal level. There should be enough information to use the new asset index as the file listing for data.ceda.ac.uk

@rsmith013: How would the directories be listed? Would they continue to use ceda-di index or can the new STAC index do it?

I think we would need to continue to maintain the ceda-dirs index ceda-di is a code repo that we should be able to bin off once we migrate the flight-finder and satellite-finder.
