[Feature request]能支持aws ses api发信吗？ #8

Please describe in detail the problems or needs you have encountered. 原版v2board貌似支持aws ses，但是用的ses smtp接口，我试过api不行。

sspanel有aws ses api，用的aws sdk库，https://github.com/Anankke/SSPanel-Uim/blob/dev/composer.json 不知道怎么集成进去。

暂时没有计划支持 aws ses。
