use 'php artisan db:wipe' seems to break aapanel's phpmyadmin[BUG]

The problem occurs after migrating v2board v1.7.4. 2edf6f489bd9d36d2aa9fb4c26ec937

In addition, I can no longer log in to phpmyadmin.

and aapanel normal is php7.4 (LNMP) but update need php8.1.
