Bug Description Broken links in API documentation

Severity Severity: Low Priority: Low

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://github.com/cedardevs/onestop/blob/master/docs/api/README.md
  2. Click any of the links

Expected Result The expected page opens

Actual Result 404 errors

Additional context I think they just need ".md" added in the links
