Incompatibility with Safe Redirect Manager #3

There's an incompatibility of the ajax search feature with Safe Redirect Manager tlovett1/Safe-Redirect-Manager@be45c3a883462b976e3a21d87a5b3b576800ed22

On the admin list page for Safe Redirect Manager, bils returns no results via Ajax.

I thought I left a comment on this yesterday, but I'm not seeing it anywhere now. Strange. In any case, commit 1e3623b2a527ff85801556afe75b8eeaccf5568a should hopefully resolve the issue and allow plugins like that to filter the search results.

Can you confirm that it works?

I pushed this change to the WP.org repo, but let me know if you're still having issues after updating.
