Where user can manage playlists

list,
delete,
choose,
create

Juste a simple list of the playlist.

d shortcut for delete
j/k for selecting
enter to load one

How to create a new playlist ?

add a shortcut in the playlist view
add a shortcut in the quue view that can generate a playlist with the current loaded songs
