moving the root of source code from / to /src/

Since the project is changing name, and a major change already took place in the architecture (the introduction of the web/ subfolder) I think this is a good time to introduce some changes of mine : moving the code root from / to src/

The perks : all the executable code takes place in /src/ all the documentation & requirements and what not stays at the root.

/!\ This merge will break previous installation, if running through apache, changes in the configuration files will be required.

Nope, no specific reason, just seems the right moment to clean some of the code architecture.
