OPML import don't work

The OPML import with the attach file doesn't work.

I get message :

#!text

0 feeds imported (3 already in the database). 

There is a first level of "outline" in this file with category and 3 is the number of category.

The OPML file looks valid : http://www.opml.org/spec#whatIsAnLtoutlinegt
