Don't want to restrict amo-cli to just English speakers / readers - localizing the app using 🌐 i18n should be on the roadmap 👍

Todos:

[x] research how to best implement i18n strings with a node app
- i18n-node seems like the way to go
[ ] learn how to get translations (help wanted label)

Note: This will require changes made to the addons-server API call, specifically with the lang query parameter (which is currently hard-coded as en-US). Using / defaulting to the system locale will probably be the easiest action for now (can use os-locale).
