Adaptive Cruise Control - ACC deactivated by diag #126

Hi,

I'm unable to change ACC to active in ABS / ESP . [ using WinXP latest DDT4ALL version ]

Seems like data are writtencorrectly but the value is still "deactivated".

As I wrote, it is necessary to replace the steering wheel. Could someone try to replace the steering wheel? Unfortunately, I have a car under warranty.

Maybe I was not perfectly clear. I have a car with ACC and I'm looking into reconfiguring the speedlimits. Finally I managed to change the ACC speedlimits, however it only works temporarily. It seems the above referenced values are overwritten by an other ECU(?). After an engine stop and later restart the values are restored to the default ones. Originally ACC low limit is 50, below it is overridden to 30: 2019-08-12_145520 I'm still looking for some hints if any of you managed to permanently change the values.

  1. Mount RADAR ( 4 wires : +.-.2 from radar in UCH
  2. mount the switch from the steering wheel 3.config dash board
  3. config radio
  4. reprog ABS for activate AEBS and config with AEBS and ACC
  5. reprog injection for activate ACC ( not CCSL or others ) Succes !

Good morning, I was trying to activate the ACC as well but without success... During this process I made a mistake and erased the Cluster and ABS parameters. I have a Koleos intense and I think michalzahor has the same car. Can you please upload the original parameters for CLuster and ABS.

Good evening Michal and thank you for your response. My Koleos is also from 2018. I've managed to get it drive able with no crazy dash board alarms. The original cluster and abs parameters are needed to solve the following issues: Inconsistent tank level. Active breaking no working... It simply doesn't turn on. I don't think it due to front camera failure as the LDW warning is working properly. I have an alarm code 5072 on abs when active breaking is set to active??? any idea? I've activated the distance warning and I get on the dash the information of the time for impact in seconds instead of getting the distance in meters... any Idea?

Maybe I was not perfectly clear. I have a car with ACC and I'm looking into reconfiguring the speedlimits. Finally I managed to change the ACC speedlimits, however it only works temporarily. hi gabr777, did you have any luck with speed limits in ACC... I have espace 2016 too and also would like to set lower speed limits, like new cars have and can you tell me where in ddt4all are these settings? bx

Hi Victor. Could you tell us some more information please? My friend who works in unofficial Renault workshop has a CAN Clip with unlimkted token and he is able to connect my car to renault net. The only thing we dont have is a injection software with ACC for my Scenic 1.5 dCi motor. So, are you able to find and download the softwars for me? I dont know any VIN number of Renault Scenic with 1.5 dCi motor and manual transmision who has activated ACC...

with clip you are not able to rerite another soft ...if you want i give you the soft for 1.5 dci . but is imposible to be rited with clip. wat your friend can do is so ... to have a car 1.5 with acc ,to start the procedure and in the moment who must to give the comande rite ,to swich all on your car ....

We have also extracted the json file from original injection without acc and there are few settings regarding the CC buttons and ACC. Hi Victor, can I have also the software for ACC for my Megane IV Bose 1.6 dci manual? I'm going to put on the radan in next days. Are you sure we are not able to do it also with Pyren? I've found a lot of hidden section for ACC on the ECM ecu igno_v @ hotmail.com

Unfortunately no... There is no software from our member victor80gl. All I have is a json file from my car, but without ACC. I need a help from someone who has a car with ACC activated. There is a json file in injection ECU which can be saved with DDT4AL. Just need to connect obd2, open injection ecu, then save the ecu file to computer. After that, we can compare json files and try to activate something with a "Manual request tool" in ddt4all... That is just a tip and I'm not sure if this can help....

No, for Scenic IV is not possible to mount additional RADAR. Only steering wheel button.

I already have the steering wheel button, but I still can't get ACC. I even lost my speed limiter due to that. I've tried to set as many related to ACC as possible, but it's trial and error Do you have any thing to set in ddt4all?

I don't know to be honest. I'm still trying to figure out how to enable ACC as well. Perhaps @victor80gl can explain more clearly?

When you open that 3RN file, than you will find 4 files inside. Two of them are xml files, which is easy to open, and other two are .bin files. One of them is calibration.bin and as i know, it is coded as octet stream file. I try to open a file with Win ISO but I fail...

What do you mean by open? How do you open it?

Update: I got what you mean. My guess ithat we shouldn't modify these files. But instead we should figure out how to apply these files.

Yep, I agree with you. But I also think that the calibration.bin file is the one who needs to be edited in the injection ECU.

Hi Marianpol, if I will give you a full dump file from an ecu, you are able to extract only the needed configuration lines for a things and made a macro file in order to inject this to that ecu? For example like the macro for MID/HIGH display or for rotate the display already existing. Of course here I'm asking for the ECM ecu... Thanks

Did you replace the second button with a picture of a car? here: https://youtu.be/Uh_v86O3t3Y There must only be some additional settings in the injection ECU. For example, to activate ACC on a Skoda car just encode. There is no reason for Renault to have it otherwise. We must continue our investigation....

There is someone on Megane group that can activate ACC on both Megane and Grand Scenic
