Please update MFA #342

Hello. I really love the Myrtille software but I really would like to use MFA of some sort. I see in the announcements that the previous way of doing MFA no longer works due to that service being decommissioned. Any chance of getting a different method of MFA introduced anytime soon? Thanks!

Hi, sorry for the late response. I would like to have some time to work more on Myrtille ,but no MFA for the moment. But I will, do if possible.
